R Gibson and De_Jaguar are currently exchanging notes. We have a Porsche 917 in the making by De Jaguar and a GT40 ( Above ) by R Gibson.
Lets hope to see these soon. Your GT Mod for F1 2002 is going to become lonely soon!!!!!

Ive put in for Lancia Stratos as well. Hopefully will be giving one away as a prize for finishing the GPL Rally 2!!!
Oh and the clipping problems are still there. This is what is currently delaying this process.

Actually I'm still working on the driver view. If anyone has some images of the GT40 interior and dash it would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rory.

Looks very, very promising!
Here's hoping these new sportscars will be patched with realistic physics just like the other upcoming mods. Any comment on that?

This could be big. Take your time and do it right!
Can you actually modify the physics and the shadows? GPL, N2k2, f12k2, and GTmod shadows connect the cars to the ground very well.
The cockpit views would be critical - GPL is the only sim, IMHO, where the cockpit view actually adds something to the experience. N2k2 and F12k2 are not bad. The GT mod is incredible in the nose view but the cockpit views are like cartoon overlays. If you can avoid this you will really have something.
Good luck MadCowie - looks very promising.

Wow, that looks great. It is very impressive. The rounded curves of the car look especially good. It seems to really capture the character of the GT 40.
