Here's a little more 'graphic arts' style lovin' for y'all.
"As part of BAPOM's ongoing commitment to a Quality Gaming Experience, and Total Customer Care (tm) we're proud to announce that we'll soon be ISO 9001 compliant. No longer will you, the valued customer, be subject to the potential dangers inherent in non-compliant program sets.
"An important first step in our Total Quality Management System (TQMS) will be the set-up and operation of our Global Customer Help Desk, soon to be available at 1-800-BAPOM-ME. Our qualified Helpdesk Operators (HO's) will be available 24/7 to answer any of your program-set related questions, such as:
- "Does this program set meet or exceed any and all regulatory requirements demanded of my local government?"
- "I've just installed a non-compliant program set - should I fear for my life?"
- "How's that ol' Global Domination thingy coming along?"
- "Have you lost your f*cking mind?"
"As you can well imagine, such far-ranging operational changes will involve considerable cost. However, we hope to offset these increased production costs by substantially reducing our expenses from product liability lawsuits. Therefore you can expect to continue to receive the same quality BAPOM program sets you've become accustomed to, and at the same great prices! And with even fewer dangerous sharp edges!

Hmmmm...I'm liking the sound of that. As Director of Personel, do I get to do the interviews?

Naturally, Don. You're based in California, which I believe is home to some of the finest HOs on the planet!
All the boys down in Quality Assurance will be counting on you to head a multi-pronged blue-ribbon task force to plow through the mounting reams of resumes's, screwing over all but those 'full-of-spunk' candidates that we look for in our HR assets.
As Director (and de-facto Morale Officer) of the QA Dept., let me assure you that we'll have a regular clusterf*ck on our hands if the boys don't get some high-quality HOs in here to handle things! I've told them to get a grip on themselves, but they've apparently shot their wad, and are no longer able to get 'up' for the mandatory intradepartmental meetings. I'm telling you, I might have to whack a few of them if their output doesn't increase!
