FOVed is down

hi
i would like to use the fov vieuw and according to this forum and almost all of you as i have searched trough this FOVed must be an easy tool for a computerdummy as me.(works in windows).but i tried different links but that part of the site doesn't exist anymore,it seems.can someone help me please?
