Here's my new track Esberg, the way i've created it is not normal (for me): First i've done the Hmap, after that i did all the stones (over 2000 -lol) and after that, i made a track that fits into the landscape.
You can really feel the hmap while driving.
I've finished this track a few days a go but i wanted to wait untill the forumupdate's finished. (i don't think it is, but at least everything works).

Here are some screenshots of the POV, hmap and action

please post some comments before leaving the topic

It looks great as usual. Beautiful scenery and nice details

After driving: The AI is pretty challenging an it's very fun to drive. the only con is that the AI drivers tend to go the pit entrance corner wide due the jump. This causes crashing to the first pitcrew.

Yes Raibe i know, there is no way to fix it (when you make such a strange /\/ in it it slows down, but when the AI wants to get out of the pits it goes back )

but only 1 of the AI players does it, the other ones go right (when they are going to the pits at the same time)

thanks for the comments

lol yes but when everybody makes long tracks again, others want to do something 'special' and make short tracks again... that's normal, just how humans act..

This track is typical Nielske; fast ai, good hmap, good scenery. The track looks a bit narrow but it isn't, for my liking .
Yeah, when people start to do long tracks again, immediately someone will be whining that there is too few short tracks etc...

Does every third post need a reply nielske :P? (Just pulling your leg :P)

Mighty fine track, something thats standard with your tracks. But yes, I think its standard with your tracks, meaning this is a high level track for most everyone else, but for you its like "normal". Racing is fine, and the hmap is alright, just don't like the transitions that much. Its still definately a keeper.

The hmap is smooth, its just that I don't liek the transitions too much before, but after a race (50 lapper, longest I had for a while), its adds a dynamic effect to the rest of the track. Forget that part I wrote before :P.

And I think most of can let out a sigh of collective relief - I love longer tracks. Heck, even JF1's Sorenza is like 3x the length of his previous tracks, heheh.

Drives great, the H-map certainly keeps you alert. I like the steep little hills that fall into the water. Only thing I dont like is some turns dont have kerbs.

thanks for the comments, and mebiko: thanks

Jared: I don't like it when every turn has kerbs on some tracks (like this one too). Too colourful..
it's just personal choice

I really like the layout but it is just a bit too narrow for races for me, however hot lapping this track is a ton of fun! And the esses are maybe the trickiest Ive ever seen on any track (with the exception of maybe Ted's Surfers)

hmm maybe because of the car you are using for the races? with a formula it's just wide enough (still not easy to overtake though) for me...

I've done like 10 races of 50 laps already here lol
just have fun with the hotlaps and the esse and thanks for your comment
